Southeast Food Pantry

Each month, Bread for the City’s two food pantries provide nutritious groceries — including fresh fruits, vegetables, and meats — to nearly 11,000 clients. Two monthly Farmers Markets offer fresh produce to the community at large, and as a Grocery Plus distribution site, Bread for the City offers an additional 30 lb box of food to seniors.

The programs provide seniors with free, nutritious food so they can stay healthy and active. Each month, income-eligible seniors over 60 receive 30 to 40 pounds of healthy groceries that they can use to prepare the nutritious meals they need to live well.
